Artists make the music.

A deliberately curated room of managers, agents, attorneys, executives and entrepreneurs.
Passing institutional knowledge from established leadership to the next generation.

A tradition of convening
“The people behind the music deserve a room of their own.”
Across nine editions, the Pre-Grammy Manager’s Brunch placed the architects of music careers at the center of the conversation. The 2020 Los Angeles gathering welcomed Nick Cannon as special guest.

Grammy Week · Los Angeles
A private gathering built for meaningful exchange, recognition and connection among the professionals shaping music from behind the scenes.
05 The convener
The manager’s manager
Bronx-raised, Williams rose to president of Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Management, helping oversee the early careers of Monica, OutKast, Total, SWV and Faith Evans.
After founding Family Tree Entertainment, he continued guiding OutKast’s ascent and built a cross-genre legacy spanning CeeLo Green, Macy Gray, Lyfe Jennings, Case, Nick Cannon, Soulja Boy and other influential artists. His work reaches beyond representation into artist development, touring, deal-making, brand strategy and mentorship.
